Take the 2020 ScotlandIS Tech Survey
The Data-Driven Innovation initiative is supporting the 2020 Scottish Technology Industry Survey, delivered by ScotlandIS.
The annual tech sector survey is a valued resource of business leaders and is used by policy makers to support Scotland’s growing digital economy.
The survey captures information on the health of the digital technologies industry in Scotland, measuring the industry’s size, performance and development and providing businesses with up-to-date market intelligence.
Through collaboration with the Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal’s Data-Driven Innovation initiative – which is being delivered by the University of Edinburgh and Heriot-Watt University – the 2020 survey includes specially designed questions on the use of data and data skills needs.
The survey, which takes around 10 minutes to complete, also includes questions on business performance (such as sales, profit margins, exports, skills requirements) and company details.
A survey report is due to be published later in 2020, with the full results available on the Scotland IS website. Last year’s report is available here.
